- one can wild caught salmon
- one stalk diced celery
- handful of finely minced parsley
- approx. 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1/2-3/4 tsp of mustard (your favorite Dijon or powdered)
- lemon for flavor if you have it
- optional drizzle of olive oil to (help bind)
Mix, and serve!
